Just whose side are you on anyway?

We never pick sides. Technically we work for whoever hires us but that does not influence our inspection. We have no interest in the potential transaction that may have been the underlying reason for our inspection. We are bound by the InterNACHI code of ethics. We must be fair, honest and impartial, and act in good faith in dealing with the public. If we fail to follow these core tenants of our profession our CPI’s can be suspended and or permanently revoked.
