Where they trying to pull a fast one?

You found issues during the inspection that the seller did not disclose. Is the seller being underhanded? In 99.99% of cases no, not at all. Nearly all sellers are honest and candid, not deceptive. The reason they don’t disclose is that they simply are not aware. Many issues discovered during an inspection will only be apparent to professional home inspectors or tradesmen in the discipline, like a plumber or electrician. The average homeowner has little knowledge of how complex the various systems found in homes really are. That’s what you have us for, and we are really good at it!
